Diane serves as Journey to Hope’s CEO and as a leader for many of our groups. She’s an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC), a Gallup-certified Strengths Performance Coach, and a Certified Daring Way Facilitator with Brené Brown, and is certified in RIM [Regenerating Images in Memory]. Diane’s personal mission is to support people growing into their best selves — personally, professionally, and socially. Diane coordinates a program of more than 20 support groups, coaching groups, seminars, and workshops that grow emotional, financial, and physical well-being. She is also a referral source, workshop provider, and keynote speaker. Diane earned a B.B.A. in Management from the University of Cincinnati and completed her Master of Arts at Mount St. Joseph as a “Distinguished Graduate Student” in May 2009. Her focus is in Religious Studies with an emphasis on Spiritual and Pastoral Care.
Kim’s connection to Journey to Hope began as a participant in one of the original programs offered when it was known as The Family Life Center. She has participated in other Journey to Hope groups through the years and enjoyed keeping up-to-date with the organization’s evolution. Kim has a Bachelor’s Degree in Travel and Tourism Management from Michigan State University and a Master’s of Science in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University. She also received a coaching certificate from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. In addition to a variety of work experiences and skills, Kim brings to her role as Office Manager a deep enthusiasm for the mission of Journey to Hope. She loves to connect people and resources, and help others experience personal growth AHA moments.
